3. Product Information and Service Description

We specialize in curated home furnishings that blend artistry with function. Our collections include:

• Furniture: Bedroom Furniture, Coffee Tables, Bakers’ Racks, Bar Carts, Chairs, and more.
• Decor: Accent Rugs, Area Rugs, Arts, Crafts & Sewing supplies, Canvas, Ceiling Fans & Lights.
• Bedding & Seasonal: Bedding Sets, Christmas Stockings & Holders, and other seasonal decor.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and material nature. If a product is not as described, your remedy is covered under our Returns Policy.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these terms. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we ship the item(s).

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Please refer to our detailed Shipping & Returns page for full information.

• Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your country. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our full policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page. Key terms include:

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
• Process: You must contact Customer Care first to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom/made-to-order items, personalized goods, opened bedding, used arts/crafts supplies, seasonal decor after the holiday, and final sale items.

7. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the website in good faith and for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
• Submit false or misleading information.
